About seven years ago I tried a new sport - kayaking. I loved it and soon bought a kayak of my own. I currently own a Clearwater Design Manitoulin and a Wilderness Systems Pungo 100. My Manitoulin has a Triton 400 GPS attached to keep track of distance, routes and yes, sometimes top speed. My husband and I travel frequently from April to October in our 26ft KZ Spree travel trailer and always bring our kayaks with us. I've kayaked in so many cool places over the years and learned so much. The purpose of this blog is to share the places and information that I've found over the years. I live in Niagara and am surrounded by water, but I still have many places in my area yet to explore. When I'm not working, I kayak as much as possible.When camping, I'm kayaking. I love the solitude of the water.
